All music throughout races, history and cultures has been formed, re-created and passed on from generation to generation. To present House music as a packaged entity would be self-serving and a slight against artists, DJ's and sound engineers throughout it's development.

 

Most people are aware that House was both the natural and yet somewhat forced progression of 70's disco and funk. Listening to the diverse styles of dance music it is plain to remark that House music bears strong influences of all popular music and in itself has spawned new creativity that is re-cycled back into the mainstream of music culture.
