Welcome to Nottingham's DJ Psypha website.
Currently this site is being developed and subsequently more content will be appearing over the coming weeks and months.
Psypha is currently working on several projects, the internet radio service will be re-established as of the beginning of November.
The old site has been replaced from a Joomla installation to the more versatile, adaptable and more intuitive modx platform. It is hoped to make this site more relevant and interesting to DJ's, artists and clubbers who have a founding appreciation for dance music and its sub-genres.
Currently Psypha utilises a cross spectrum of technologies both young and old when performing sets. From trusty and industry standard vinyl decks upto the most recent of mp3 DJ tools. With the use of virtual dj and a hardware solution entitled virtual vinyl, it is possible to bring the versatility of the vinyl format and apply it to the digital medium of the mp3 file. Scratching and cueing can be performed via the deck to the software.
